Please read these Flights Terms and Conditions carefully before using Our Services.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. Definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

The term ‘Wego’ may be referred to as either ‘The Company’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’

‘Device’ means any Device that can access Our Services such as:
Computer, PC or Mac
Mobile/Cell Phone or a Digital Tablet.
Watch or any Device that is capable of accessing Our services.
‘Reservations’, ‘Tickets’, or ‘Bookings’ refers to the items that Wego offer as paid Services.
‘Confirmation’ means your commitment to pay in full for any of the Reservations, Tickets, or Bookings that you have requested to purchase from accessing Our Services.
‘Service’ refers to the Website, or Application that you use to access Wego to request a Reservation, Ticket or Booking for a flight and or related Services that We may offer.
‘Flights Terms’ and ‘Conditions’ (also referred as ‘Terms’) mean these ‘Terms and Conditions’ that form the Agreement between You and Us regarding the use of Our Services.
‘You’ or ‘Your’ means the individual accessing or using Our Services, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which, you as an individual are accessing Our Services on behalf of.
These are the Flights Terms and Conditions under which Wego provides to You Our ‘Flight Booking and Reservation Services’. These Terms are in addition to the Wego site Terms ‘Terms of Service’ which can be found at <https://company.wego.com/terms-of-service/>. In cases of any ambiguity between either such Agreements, Wego reserves the right to amend either the ‘Flights Terms and Conditions’ along with Our Terms of Service and publish such changes, will display the rights and obligations of all of Our users of Our Services.
Your access and continuing use of Our Services is based on the condition that you accept and agree to comply with all of Our Terms and Conditions. You hereby agree to be bound by them. You understand that you are solely responsible for the required payments and all documents, and agree to provide all that is requested by the date given or upon request in order to access Our Services. If You disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access Our Services.
You confirm that You are over the legal age of 18 years, and are able to enter into a legal contract with Us. We do not permit any person under 18 years of age to use Our Flight Booking Services to commit to a Booking, Ticket or Reservation or Service that We provide.
Placing of Booking
By Placing a Booking through Our Services, You warrant that;
(i) You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
(ii) That You are aware that You are required to supply to Us certain mandatory information that is relevant to Your Booking. This includes without limitation, Personal Identifiable Information.
(iii) You hereby consent for Us to store, transmit and utilise the Personal Identifiable Information that we are required to collect to provide Our services in Placing of a Booking with a Travel Supplier. This also includes without exception all the requested information by banks and other financial institutions that relate to the financial transactions that are required to facilitate the Placing of a Booking.
(iv) Information that is requested for the Placing of a Booking includes:
Your Full Name, and Contact Details including a Phone number and Email Address.
Your Nationality (as per your travel documents) including Your Date and Place of Birth.
Some destinations and or airlines may require You to submit additional information known as Advance Passenger Information this may include:
Your Passport or Other Related Travel Documentation
A copy of Your payment card along with the associated billing and residential address may be requested from certain cities.
Failure to provide any such information or documentation when requested may result in Our inability to place a booking with a Travel Supplier.
(v) Wego will not be liable for any such failures in connection with failure to provide adequate documentation for the placement of a booking.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to use any of the credit or debit card(s) or any of the other payment method(s) utilised in connection with any of Our Services.
(ii) The information that You supply to Us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, You grant Us the right to provide this information for payment processing by third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of placing your Order. In certain circumstances it may be necessary for your transaction to be processed or charged by an airline or an IATA ticket fulfilment partner.
(iii) The Personal Identifiable Information that you provide is accurate and matches your travel documentation. You grant Us the authority to provide, store and transmit this information to facilitate the placing of Your booking and the required authorities as may be required by law.
If you are travelling to an international destination, please ensure that your Passport and/or your official Travel documentation is valid for your entire journey, including any transit points or intermediate stopovers. For most countries you require a minimum of six months validity and at least two empty pages in your passport. YOU CANNOT TRAVEL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, SUCH AS PASSPORT AND VISA. Wego is not responsible for passports, visas or other travel documentation; please consult and/or check with the embassies or consulates of all of the countries in your journey.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Wego understands that there are many reasons to cancel a flight and that in the majority of cases people cancel out of a necessity to do so. Wego will use will provide to all of our customers
Processing times for refunds varies for every booking and shall be done at the earliest on receipt of the request.
Refunds for partially utilised tickets (for eg:- ticket booked for a return journey and used for just one way) may take longer.
Any refunded amount must be credited back to the same account using the same method of payment from where the payment was made. For example, if you have used a credit card, Wego will make an appropriate charge reversal and if it’s a debit card, the amount will be credited. Cancellation charges are levied as per the airlines policy.
It is important to take note that banks or financial institutions may deduct service fees which covers possible Foreign Exchange (FX) charges where applicable. For eg: If you have booked in AED currency and have utilised a bank card with SAR currency, there then would be a Foreign Exchange (FX) rate and possible fees involved in the conversion of SAR to AED. Foreign Exchange (FX) rates are updated daily from official sources and you should contact your bank should you require any additional information.
Wego is an online travel company which provides users an easy to use interface where customers have convenient access in multiple languages and currencies to place bookings with airlines and other travel providers. Wego will only be able to process or provide any refunded amount only if the same have been refunded by the respective airline/s. Refunds especially for partially utilised tickets takes on average 30 days for the respective airlines to process any eligible refunded amounts. If you have purchased any ancillary items such as special meals or seating requests these are generally deemed as non-refundable. In the event of circumstances wherein an airline discontinues its operations, Wego will not be accountable for the same, a decision on such refunds will be taken as per the airline’s stance and statement.
Denial of Boarding
Customers must comply with all rules and regulations that an airline may impose that includes without limitations customs and immigration procedures and any relevant legislation that they may implement.
Citizens of India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka require an OK to Board status in the PNR or you will be denied boarding. Each carrier sets out its own restrictions in relation to the carriage of pregnant passengers. Customers must double check with the respective airlines to avoid being refused carriage. Infants must be accompanied by an adult that is of the minimum age of 18 years. Wego will not be responsible whatsoever for any denial of boarding.
Hajj and Umrah
Hajj or Umrah flights are all shown as 4-digit flight numbers which operate to and from Jeddah and Madinah. These services are for GCC nationals (excluding Saudi nationals) or for passengers holding a valid UMRAH or HAJJ visa only. Passengers without a Hajj or Umrah visa will be denied boarding this includes Saudi nationals who have other flight options. To obtain a Hajj visa you are required to hold a valid return ticket with entry and exit into Saudi Arabia via Jeddah or Madinah international airports only. Muslims who are not on a Hajj or Umrah visa may not enter Jeddah or Madinah during the Hajj period but can enter via Riyadh or Dammam. Non-muslims may not enter Saudi Arabia during the Hajj period.
Wego has no control over schedule changes and accepts no liability for them. If the airline alerts us to a change in your schedule we will advise you by email using the email address you have provided whilst placing your booking. If the flight where the schedule change has occurred is within 72 hours We will endeavour to make contact with you via the phone number you have provided during the booking process. After you have departed it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward booked flights that you have are operating as per the schedule provided. We strongly recommend that you double check each service 72 hours prior to departure.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
Wego’s platform acts as an intermediary application that is displaying content provided to us from travel providers. We do not hold any inventory and have no control over issues such as flights being overbooked or flights being sold out for a specific fare advertised. Wego takes no liability for such or similar related issues. If you believe that there is a genuine error with the availability, or the accuracy of the displayed pricing please contact our customer support team to verify the issue.
Wego is very happy to assist all of our customers with special requests in relation to Placing a Booking, this includes but not limited to services such as; Adding Frequent Flyer Numbers, Meal Requests, Seating Requests, Wheelchair Assistance, Meet and Assistance, or Special Services that may be offered to elderly or physically challenged passengers. All Special Request Services are purely on a request basis only. Whilst We endeavour to ensure that your requests are provided by the appropriate travel supplier under no circumstances shall Wego be held liable for the same. No compensation or damages will be paid or claimed for against Wego for any omission, or for a failure to request or supply any Special Request whatsoever.
Payments and Fraud
Credit Card Details
You agree that the credit card details provided or use of Wego provider service must be correct and accurate and that you shall not use a credit card, which is not lawfully owned by yourself or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. You further agree and undertakes to Provide correct and valid credit card details.
Some form of payments may be subject to a surcharge. This is specified at the time of booking and is usually based on a percentage of the booking cost.
Prices are displayed and charged in the the currency you selected. Depending on your card issuer, you may be charged foreign currency charges or additional bank charges. For eg: If you have booked in KWD currency and have used a bank card with SAR currency, then there would be Foreign Exchange (FX) rates involved to convert the currency from KWD to SAR. Some countries charge an additional FX or surcharges for cross border transactions. You can contact your bank to understand what you are subject to. Wego accepts no liability or responsibilities for bank surcharges.
Similarily to FX fees during the purchase, the same may apply during the refund. Your bank may deduct the Foreign Exchange (FX) charges and surcharges as applicable. For eg: If you have booked in KWD currency and have used a bank card with SAR currency, Wego will refund in KWD currency and your bank would apply Foreign Exchange (FX) rates and possibly sucrcharges to convert the currency from KWD back to SAR. Contact your bank to know more about this. Wego accepts no liability or responsibilities bank surcharges.
Disclaimer and Limitation of liability
Any Subsidiaries owned by Wego does not accept liability for any damage, loss, cost (including legal costs), expenses, indirect losses or consequential damage of any kind which may be suffered or incurred by you from the use of this service.
If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, Wego may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated Wego accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, the website reserves the right to take any necessary Criminal and/or Civil legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to the website, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact Wego Customer Care.
Wego reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Wego’s systems, as well as its clients’ interests, are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Wego may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of bookings you placed.
Foreign Exchange Disclaimer
Foreign exchange is the exchange of one currency for another. The word also implies the conversion of one currency into another currency. The Foreign Exchange (FX) rates are updated on a regular basis depending on various factors. You can contact your bank to know more about Foreign Exchange (FX) rates. Please note that the Foreign Exchange (FX) charges are involved both while you book using Our services and also in any modifications or refunded amount. Example: If you have booked in AED and the form of payment that You have used comes from a financial institution in SAR currency, then You may be subject to Foreign Exchange (FX) rates involved to convert the currency from AED to SAR. Differences in (FX) rates reflect whilst You are booking and also if any modification and/or a refund is processed.
Certain Payment instrument companies charge their member banks a fee for processing foreign transactions. If you make card transactions and the recipient uses a bank located in a different country other than the bank which issued your card, an international service assessment, cross-border transaction fee or similar fee may be charged. Your issuing bank may or may not pass this fee on to you, the card user. Please contact your issuing bank for details as this is outside the control of Wego.
You may view the fares for the Flights in the following currencies:
Display currency means the currency in which you choose to view prices on our Site.
Payment currency means the currency in which you pay for a booking.
If you choose a fare which is priced in a currency that is different from your display currency, Wego will display indicative prices converted using our indicative rate. The converted display currency price is a preliminary estimate of the price in your display currency and is not firm or binding. The converted price in the display currency is provided for your convenience, to allow you to compare different fares and conditions in the currency you prefer to use.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Us. We have no control over their content, or privacy policies and we assume no responsibility for content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any product, goods or services, that are available on or through, any such website, or third party link.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised
of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In any such case each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent enforceable under the applicable law.
The laws of Singapore, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of Our Services. Your use of our Services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are written and defined in English text only, and in any cases of a dispute only English text shall prevail.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, you are to stop using Our services.
