How Crypto Payments Work on Wego
Crypto payments on Wego are processed through Triple-A, a payment gateway licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Here’s how you can make a payment using crypto:
- Search for a flight or hotel on Wego as usual
- At checkout, select ‘Crypto’ as your payment option
- You’ll be redirected to Triple-A, where you can choose your coin or wallet
- Confirm the payment
- Receive booking confirmation once the blockchain transaction is completed

Payment Terms
Before completing your crypto payment on Wego, please review the following terms:
- Exchange rates are locked at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay
- Wego does not charge transaction fees for crypto payments
- You have 15 minutes to complete payment after initiating it
- Blockchain network fees (gas/miner fees) are borne by the user
- Crypto transactions are final; there is no chargeback mechanism
- If you cancel, the refunded amount may differ from the original due to price fluctuations
- For refunds, you will receive a secure email link to enter your crypto wallet address and OTP
- Available for almost all currencies offered on Wego
