I hadn’t even heard of it until recently, but I am now a convert to WeGo, which is a Singapore-based travel search engine that scours travel providers’ sites for the best deals, and recently launched 34 new country-specific sites in 20 languages as part of a global expansion. It is not full of advice from dubious sources, and it uses its data to improve the product. You can search for hotels and filter by which ones are popular for people of your nationality, for instance, and the results actually differ. All I need to do is figure which nationality best fits my profile. I’m off to Google that now.
