UPDATE TO WEGO STATEMENT REGARDING CANCELLED BOOKINGS BY TRAVEL AGENCY DEPKEY – “تحديث – بيان وتصريح من “ويجو” بشأن الحجوزات الملغاة من قبل وكالة السفر “دبكي
Following the statement that Wego issued yesterday and the action taken to remove Depkey from our search results, Wego further discussed the issue with Depkey to provide its users with more updates.
Depkey is putting all its resources and is doing its utmost best to settle the refunds or provide new tickets to the users affected. The company also agreed to give priority to Wego users.
Depkey is optimistic and the estimated refund time can take up to 4 weeks or more.
Wego is following this issue closely and will keep updating our users with any new information.
Depkey has also issued a statement yesterday explaining the main reason behind the flight cancellations. The reason is due to a conflict between the company and one of its suppliers in Egypt where this supplier cancelled the tickets for Depkey’s users without prior notice. Depkey has taken a legal action against this supplier.

بعد البيان الذي أصدرته “ويجو” يوم أمس والإجراء المتخذ بإزالة “دبكي” من نتائج بحث ويجو، قامت “ويجو” بمناقشة المشكلة عن كثب مع “دبكي” لتزويد مستخدميها بمزيد من التحديثات.
تبذل “دبكي” قصارى جهدها للعمل على استرداد المبالغ أو توفير تذاكر جديدة للمستخدمين المتضررين. كما وافقت “دبكي” على إعطاء الأولوية لمستخدمي “ويجو
“دبكي” متفائلة ويمكن أن يستغرق وقت الاسترداد التقديري إلى 4 أسابيع أو أكثر”
إن ويجو تتابع هذه المشكلة عن كثب وستواصل بإبلاغ المستخدمين بأي معلومات جديدة
